We'll start with QuickBooks®
For this example, we're using QuickBooks® to manage our inventory and business finances.
Switch to AccuPOS Management
Now let's see how AccuPOS can synchronize your store's sales directly into your favorite accounting software at the end of each day.
Once we're in AccuPOS Management, we'll follow the links to import our accounting data. First, click on "Accounting."
Then select "Import/Export."
Now, click on "Import Items," and the import to AccuPOS will happen automatically.

Let's see how the imported items look in the point of sale.
Great! We can see that the import has started, and will complete in the background.

Select "Red Polo Med" to add it to the invoice.
Now select "Take Cash" to wrap up the sale.
Complete by tapping the green "Accept" button.
Great! Now, on the top of the screen, select "Your Shift" for more actions we can take while logged in.
Select "Z-Out Report" to see the list of sessions ready to be totaled and sent to your accounting software.
There was only the one user and transaction today, so click on it here.
Switch to QuickBooks®
Now that's done, we can head back to QuickBooks® and see what's changed.

According to our Income Tracker, a $22.40 cash sale is marked "paid" as of today, with an associated number.
