We can see our inventory list, with 10 televisions (item ID #113) on the right. Let's click in and see more details.
Let's start with Sage®
For this example, we're using Sage® to manage our inventory and business finances.
Let's see how.
Switch to AccuPOS Management
Here we see details of the items, including quantity, price, ID, and more. This information can all be synced automatically to AccuPOS.
Once we're in AccuPOS Management, we'll follow the links to import our accounting data. First, click on "Accounting."
Then select "Import/Export."
Now, click on "Import Items," and the import to AccuPOS will happen automatically.
Switch to AccuPOS
Let's see how the imported items look in the point of sale.
Great! We can see that the import has started, and will complete in the background.
Import has started
Select "Television" to add it to the invoice.
Now select "Take Cash" to wrap up the sale.
Complete by tapping the green "Accept" button.
Great! Now, on the top of the screen, select "Your Shift" for more actions we can take while logged in.
Select "Z-Out Report" to see the list of sessions ready to be totaled and sent to your accounting software.
There was only the one user and transaction today, so click on it here.
Finalize the z-out by tapping the "Accept" button.
Switch back to Sage®
Now that's done, we can head back to Sage® and see what's changed.
Check the Sales Invoice List
Back on the Inventory Overview, we can see a change in the "Television" Units Sold and Qty on Hand counts, reflecting the new sale.
Here we can see the sale at the bottom of the list. Let's open the invoice and see the details.
